Samuel Santana

Samuel has close to ten years of experience working in the violence prevention field. He has overseen work in multiple predominantly Latino communities such as Belmont Cragin, Avondale, Albany Park and Humboldt Park. Samuel is passionate about connecting community members to each other and to resources available for all members of a family.

Featured Projects

Currently, our research focuses primarily on gun violence prevention and community violence intervention (CVI), policing practices, and public safety, and we are expanding into other areas that effect neighborhood health and well-being.
