Helena is a Research Project Coordinator excited about mixed methods, community-engaged policy research. She previously worked as an Analyst at Civic Consulting Alliance, where she provided pro bono management consulting to the City of Chicago as it implemented a number of violence reduction and police accountability initiatives. She received a B.S. in Statistics with a specialization in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Chicago.
