Bryce Richardson

Bryce Richardson is a Chicago and North Lawndale native who has participated in the FLIP Strategy for the last 4 years. Bryce began as a Peacekeeper, was promoted to Team Lead, and is now a FLIP Supervisor working with UCAN in North Lawndale. He brings leadership skills, a breadth of connections in the community, and experience interacting with the youth to his work as a violence prevention practitioner. He is a family man, bringing his brother and father into the FLIP Strategy the last two years.

Featured Projects

Currently, our research focuses primarily on gun violence prevention and community violence intervention (CVI), policing practices, and public safety, and we are expanding into other areas that effect neighborhood health and well-being.
