Rocio Vasquez

Rocio Vasquez is the Care Team Supervisor within the Violence Prevention Intervention department at Enlace Chicago. Enlace is a large non-profit organization in the Little Village community in the south west side of Chicago. Here, Rocio leads a team of Case Managers and a Victim Advocate and supports victims of violence including domestic violence and community based violence. Additionally, she engages young people through multiple forms of programming. Her background is in Social Work and Rocio is incredibly passionate about supporting the Latinx community with love and compassion.

Featured Projects

Currently, our research focuses primarily on gun violence prevention and community violence intervention (CVI), policing practices, and public safety, and we are expanding into other areas that effect neighborhood health and well-being.
