Jessica Johnson

Jessica Johnson is a Chicago and Humboldt Park native who recently started as an Outreach Worker at ALSO Humboldt Park. Prior to her new role, she was a FLIP Peacekeeper and Team Lead in West Humboldt Park the last three years. Jessica brings her lived experience and expertise on the issues close to her community and the FLIP Strategy.

Currently, our research focuses primarily on gun violence prevention and community violence intervention (CVI), policing practices, and public safety, and we are expanding into other areas that effect neighborhood health and well-being.
